Dr. Stephen W. Syken
Stephen W. Syken, V.M.D., is a 1986 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He holds a Masters’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Drexel University and earned his Bachelor’s from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Dr. Syken served on the Executive Board of the Veterinary Medical Alumni Society at Penn from 1989-1996 and was president of the board from 1995-1996.
He has been involved with companion animal practice since 1980.
Dr. Michele Karpovich
Dr. Michele Karpovich has practiced locally for over 25 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Master’s degree in Animal Biochemistry and Nutrition from the University of Delaware. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1991, receiving her VMD. Dr. Karpovich’s interests include dermatology, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine. She is a current member of the AVMA and DVMA. Dr. Karpovich resides in Delaware with her family and two dogs.
